Building on the community that has grown out of two annual gatherings in Europe, we will come together in the Ontario countryside to:

* invite new, diverse voices into this important inquiry
* deepen our clarity and commitment
* shift the field of OD in its many forms and contexts so that it is more fully aligned with life.
